We arrived in Homer yesterday! We love it so far, and have been having a good time house hunting today. The town is so pretty! And, it has much more going on than Valdez does. We can't wait to move here for good! 
One of the dozens of eagles we have seen since arriving in Homer yesterday! If you thought there were a lot of eagles in Valdez, you ain't seen nothin' yet!!!

OK folks... Here's another update! In this series of posts, Hannah got a haircut, her toes painted, and we started walking Steven to school in the morning. We are still waiting to hear if we will be able to buy a house in Homer instead of living in housing. Our last day in Valdez is June 3... then it's off to Homer! In other news, Sheila bought plane tickets for her and the kids to attend The Pampered Chef's National Conference in July in Chicago! YAY!!! Dan's mom and sister are going to come stay with the kids while Sheila goes to conference. They are so wonderful! I am really excited about going, and feel like the fire is back regarding PC. BTW, Congrats to Laura and Josh, who are picking up their new baby girl in Anchorage today! Congrats Big Brother Codey!!!
Hannah poses with Steven after I gave her her first real haircut (not just a bangs trim). I think I did pretty darn good for it being my first time giving a haircut on long hair like hers! I am used to doing buzz cuts on Dan and Steven... LOL
